Abstract
The increasingly competitive development of the smartphone industry in Indonesia has driven companies to innovate in advertising, product quality, and brand image to increase consumer repurchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of these three variables on repurchase intention of Samsung smartphones in Surabaya. The method used was a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique from 114 respondents. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The criteria for respondents were at least 17 years old, had purchased and used a Samsung smartphone for one year, and resided in Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to test validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that advertising and brand image had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while product quality had an insignificant positive effect on repurchase intention.
