Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the non-physical work environment and organizational commitment on turnover intention among employees of PT. X in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative method with a Likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study was all 67 sales employees of PT. X in Surabaya. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment and organizational commitment have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention among employees of PT. X in Surabaya. This suggests that a favorable non-physical work environment and strong organizational commitment will reduce employee turnover intentions at the company where they work.
