Abstract
This study employs an associative research design with a quantitative approach aimed at examining and analyzing the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and security, both simultaneously and partially, on users’ intention to use the Mobile JKN application. The research population includes BPJS Health participants registered at the BPJS Health Sidoarjo Branch Office. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and security simultaneously have a significant effect on the intention to use the Mobile JKN application. Partially, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant influence, whereas security does not show a significant effect on usage intention. These findings suggest that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are the dominant factors influencing participants’ intention to use the Mobile JKN application. Keywords: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Security, Intention to Use, Mobile JKN
