Abstract
The growing use of digital banking applications highlights the need for a deeper understanding of the factors influencing user decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use, risk, and security on the decision to use SeaBank digital banking services among residents of Surabaya. This research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 271 SeaBank application users in the Surabaya area. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that, simultaneously, the variables of ease of use, risk, and security have a significant influence on usage decisions. Partially, each of these variables also has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the application. The implications of these findings can serve as a reference for digital banking service providers in improving the quality of their services. Emphasizing these factors is expected to provide a foundation for developing more effective strategies to optimize the user experience in the digital banking environment.
