Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction with the learning environment at Tadika Ceria using a questionnaire method. The respondents in this study consist of students and parents who assess various aspects of the learning location, such as facilities, comfort, accessibility, and the learning environment. The data collected is then analyzed using statistical methods to identify the main factors influencing user satisfaction. The analysis results indicate that comfort and facilities significantly impact satisfaction levels. Adequate facilities, such as clean classrooms and complete supporting infrastructure, contribute greatly to a better learning experience. Additionally, the accessibility of the location is also an important consideration for parents when choosing a learning place for their children. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for the management of Tadika Ceria in designing strategies for improving and developing educational facilities. By enhancing the aspects considered important by users, Tadika Ceria can continue to provide a comfortable and high-quality learning environment. The results of this study can also serve as a foundation for further research on the relationship between the quality of learning locations and student satisfaction.
