Abstract
Job satisfaction is a crucial factor in achieving company goals and maintaining competitiveness. Issues related to work discipline and a less-than-optimal work environment can negatively impact employee job satisfaction, ultimately affecting company productivity and performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and the work environment on job satisfaction among employees in the operational division of CV. Manunggal Jaya Abadi. This study used a quantitative approach. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to 55 employees in the operational division of CV. Manunggal Jaya Abadi using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and the work environment contribute to job satisfaction among employees in the operational division of CV. Manunggal Jaya Abadi.
