Abstract

Human resources are one of the factors that can affect the goals of a company. A company activity that runs well, of course, requires an employee who has high competence in order to achieve a company goal. If an employee's performance is good, it will also have a good impact on the company, and vice versa. This research is classified as a type of quantitative research with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The population and sample of this study were all employees of the technical section of PDAM Lamongan Regency, totaling 58 employees. The method used is the component-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the PLS tool. The results of this study indicate that workload, proactive personality, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the engineering section of PDAM Lamongan Regency.
