Abstract

The growth of the industrial sector in Indonesia is increasingly developing in line with optimal human resource management. When the applied human resource management system is appropriate, it can create organizational commitment in each individual involved. Antecedents of organizational commitment can be in the form of identification commitment antecedents or through organizational culture and exchange antecedents that can take the form of compensation. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on organizational commitment at PT INKA Multi Solusi. This quantitative research utilizes both primary and secondary data through interviews, questionnaire distribution, and literature review. The sample determination technique uses nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling of 70 permanent employees in non-production units. The questionnaire data will be processed using the partial least squares method with the SmartPLS 4 program. The test results indicate that organizational culture contributes to organizational commitment with the strongest measure as a predictor. Additionally, compensation also contributes to organizational commitment with the strongest predictor being facilities. Keywords: Organizational Culture; Organizational Commitment; Compensation
