Abstract
The aim of the research to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Melbe Tata Catering (Reddog) Surabaya City. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Melbe Tata Catering (Reddog) Surabaya City. Determination of the sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique and the number of samples used is 43 respondents. The data used is primary data and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Melbe Tata Catering (Reddog) Surabaya City. Then the analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). through research results it is known that compensation and motivation affect the performance of employees of PT. Melbe Tata Catering (Reddog) Surabaya City.
