Abstract

This study porpuse to determine the effect of the organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the turnover intention on CV. Lantikya. This study uses primary data types. The population in this study were employees of CV. Lantikya. The inauguration was 121 people, and the sample taken was 55 people utilizing proportional random sampling method. In this study, the determination of the sample is based on the location of the shop in the research area. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is partial least square. The results of the analysis conducted indicate that a high level of organizational commitment can make a significant contribution in reducing the level of turnover intention in CV. Lantikya and a high level of job satisfaction can make a real contribution in reducing the level of turnover intention in CV. Lantikya.
