Abstract
Employee performance is one of the challenges faced by the industrial world, where organizations must be flexible and efficient in order to grow rapidly. With the rapid pace of science and technology as well as current economic developments, work culture and K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) are not only needed for the workforce but are also important for the survival and development of the company. The purpose of this study is to understand and examine the influence of Work Culture and K3 on the performance of PT Darmex Oil & Fats employees. The population in this study were all production employees of PT Darmex Oil & Fats Bekasi Branch, with a total sample of 41 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the test results, it was found that, Work Culture and K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) were able to contribute to the Employee Performance of PT Darmex Oil & Fats Bekasi Branch.
