Abstract
Human resources are one of the most important roles to achieve a goal in a company. Human resources are a central factor in the management of an organization. Human resources themselves should be things that must be considered by the company, because with good human resources owned by a company, it will be able to make the value in the company increase and the company will achieve the desired goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT. Arsynergy Resources. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were 60 employees. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sample. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS software. The results showed that with good work discipline can improve employee performance at PT. Arsynergy Resource, and the results of the test show that with the presence of work stress that is not excessive, it can improve the performance of PT. Arsynergy Resources.
