Abstract
In the current information era, websites play a vital role for both employees and customers of Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) as a medium for disseminating information. Fulfilling customers' information needs requires fast and easy access tailored to their current requirements. To provide optimal service, BTN strives to deliver prompt information to customers through the BTN Smart website (https://btnsmart.btn.co.id/). However, this website has never undergone an analysis regarding its current performance, as evidenced by issues such as long page loading times, complex menu navigation, and outdated information. Analyzing the website will yield valuable insights for the website owners to improve and develop their platform. This study analyzes the BTN website using the PIECES framework, which evaluates Performance, Information/Data, Economics, Control/Security, Efficiency, and Service. This methodology is used to evaluate various operational procedures within organizations, companies, related institutions, and government bodies. The analysis typically generates evaluative statements assessing strengths, weaknesses, and overall usability. Applying the PIECES method is expected to optimize the utilization and performance of the BTN Smart website.
