Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work stress on the job satisfaction of Gojek GoRide drivers in Surabaya. Employing a quantitative approach with 90 respondents, the study utilized the SEM-PLS method for analysis. The results indicate that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, whereas work stress has a negative effect. These findings suggest that increasing compensation can boost driver job satisfaction, while high levels of work stress tend to reduce it.
