Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Innovation, Green Investment, and Profitability on Firm Value in the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. This research is motivated by the decline in firm value and the increasing demands for companies to implement environmentally sustainable business practices while maintaining financial performance. This study employed a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques. The research sample consisted of 15 food and beverage subsector companies with a total of 45 observation data during the 2022–2024 period. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS software. The results indicate that the implementation of Green Innovation has not been able to optimally increase firm value because investors have not fully considered green innovation as a primary factor in evaluating companies. On the other hand, Green Investment and Profitability are able to increase firm value because investors tend to place greater emphasis on environmental investment commitments and the company’s ability to generate profits in assessing the company’s future prospects and sustainability.
