Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of employee maturity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Lotte Grosir in East Java, both simultaneously and partially. The study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method through multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consists of 64 permanent employees of Lotte Grosir in East Java located at the Sidoarjo and Mastrip Surabaya branches, selected using purposive sampling and proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. All data were processed statistically using SPSS 31. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the statistical test results indicate that employee maturity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance with an F value of 32.791 > F-table. Partially, employee maturity and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance, while organizational commitment does not have a significant influence on employee performance. This research is expected to serve as a consideration for the company in improving employee performance through optimal management of employee maturity and job satisfaction.
