Abstract
Success in managing human resources is an important aspect for textile companies to maintain their competitive position amid fierce industry competition. PT Weva Adhijaya Textile is a company engaged in the supply of fabrics and has been operating for 7 years. In addition, this company is also active in the service sector. This study aims to analyze how transactional leadership, compensation, and perceived organizational support affect their performance in the sales division of PT Weva Adhijaya Textile. In the last three years, sales targets have declined, indicating a gap between the policies implemented by management and the actual performance of employees. This study applies a quantitative method involving 40 employees from the sales division as participants. Data collection was conducted through interviews and questionnaires, then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results of the study reveal that transactional leadership has a positive but not significant impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, compensation and perceived organizational support have been proven to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
