Abstract
Firm value reflects company performance and serves as an investment appeal for investors. This study aims to empirically examine: 1) the effect of Liquidity on Firm Value, 2) the effect of Sales Growth on Firm Value, 3) the effect of Liquidity on Firm Value with Capital Structure as a mediating variable, and 4) the effect of Sales Growth on Firm Value with Capital Structure as a mediating variable. The research population consists of companies consistently listed in the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period, with a sample of 30 companies (90 observations). This quantitative research employed path analysis and Sobel test to detect the mediating effects. The results indicate that: 1) Liquidity and Sales Growth have no significant effect on Firm Value, 2) Capital Structure is able to mediate the effect of Liquidity on Firm Value, and 3) Capital Structure is not able to mediate the effect of Sales Growth on Firm Value.
