Abstract

The increasing need for superior user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) in today's digital era. CV BeData Technology Indonesia, a startup engaged in digital marketing services, is committed to providing innovative technology solutions and delivering exceptional user experience. This study aims to create an interactive and engaging UI/UX design for the BeData website, and apply good UI/UX design principles to increase user satisfaction and efficiency. The research method used in this study includes several stages in the UI/UX design process, namely empathy, definition, ideation, and prototyping. At the empathy stage, interviews were conducted with users to understand their needs and preferences. Next, at the definition stage, user personas and user journey maps were created to identify problems and design opportunities. In the ideation stage, various solution ideas were generated which were then realized in the form of prototypes in the final stage. The results of this research show that good UI/UX design can significantly improve user experience. The resulting high-fidelity prototypes for the coffee shop and CV Grader & Job Search websites show improved interactivity and visual appeal. Suggestions given are to continue UI/UX development for mobile platforms and website development so that it can be more adaptive to various devices and user needs. Thus, BeData Technology Indonesia can be more effective in providing technology solutions that meet user expectations and needs.
