Abstract
Indonesia’s retail industry experiences rapid growth especially within the significantly expanding beauty sector requiring strategies focused on consumer experience to maintain competitive advantage. Sociolla Store Pakuwon Mall Surabaya as a key market player faces operational challenges including inconsistent pricing and varying service quality. The study aims to examine the effects of Store Atmosphere, Price Discount, and service quality on consumer satisfaction. A quantitative approach with a causal associative design was employed involving 155 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Sample validity was verified using Cochran’s formula to ensure data representativeness. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 27 involving classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. Results indicate that the three variables simultaneously exert a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, demonstrated by the calculated F value 56.380 > critical F value 2.668 with significance < 0.05. Individually, Store Atmosphere with a calculated t value 4.152 > critical t value 1.976 and service quality with a calculated t value 4.815 > critical t value 1.976 both show significant effects with significance < 0.05. Price Discount does not significantly influence satisfaction as its calculated t value 0.545 < critical t value 1.976 with significance > 0.05. Findings confirm consumers prioritize experiential factors over financial incentives, requiring retailers to enhance Store Atmosphere and service quality to foster sustainable customer loyalty in the competitive beauty retail market. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Price Discount, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Beauty Retail, Sociolla, Retail Strategy.
