Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of workplace facilities, compensation, and leadership on employee loyalty and productivity the PLS-SEM method with 60 respondents. The findings indicate that workplace facilities have a significant effect on loyalty (p-value = 0.000) and productivity (p-value = 0.014). Compensation has a significant effect on loyalty (p-value = 0.000) but not on productivity (p-value = 0.351). Meanwhile, leadership does not show a significant effect on either loyalty (p-value = 0.417) or productivity (p-value = 0.177). Mediation testing reveals that loyalty mediates the impact of workplace facilities on productivity (p-value = 0.038), whereas compensation and leadership do not exert indirect effects. These results emphasize that improving workplace facilities and implementing a fair compensation system are more effective in fostering employee loyalty and enhancing productivity compared to leadership factors.
