Abstract

One innovation that can help address this issue is the design of a mobile-based marketplace application. The UI/UX design of a mobile-based marketplace application creates opportunities to deliver a more efficient and intuitive user experience, thereby supporting farmers, distributors, and buyers to connect effectively within the tobacco trade ecosystem. By using the User Centered Design method, the resulting interface design becomes more targeted and aligned with user needs. The design process is carried out through iterative testing using Usability Testing with Maze.co, the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), and Heuristic Evaluation. The final evaluation results show a usability score of 96.73%, with all UEQ aspects falling under the "excellent" category. Meanwhile, heuristic evaluation by five UI/UX experts was conducted in the early stages, and the results were used to refine the design, with a primary focus on the Aesthetic and Minimalist Design aspect. The results of the TobaGo application design will be front-end generated for one business flow, namely the product purchasing process.
