Abstract
This research is motivated by the increasing development of financial technology, especially in the online investment category. Motion Trade is one of the online investment applications available in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ease of use, application features, and e-trust on e-satisfaction on the Motion Trade investment application, both simultaneously and partially. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection through an online questionnaire. The sample was selected using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, involving 156 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the variables of ease of use, application features, and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. These findings indicate that increasing ease of use, increasing application features, and building user trust can effectively increase user satisfaction with the Motion Trade application.
