Abstract
The success and sustainability of an organization can be determined through one factor, namely employee performance. This research discusses factors that influence employee performance, such as work discipline and organizational commitment. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of work discipline and commitment on employee performance at PT Tunggal Djaja Indah. This research method uses a quantitative approach with the SmartPLS analysis technique. The testing process carried out includes external model testing, internal model testing, and hypothesis testing. The number of samples used was 56 employees in the production department of PT Tunggal Djaja Indah. Research findings show that work discipline has a significant positive impact on employee performance, and organizational commitment also has a significant positive impact on employee performance.
