Abstract
In the current era of globalization, business competition is increasingly fierce and dynamic. Companies are required to always innovate and optimize all resources owned, especially human resources (HR) effectively in improving employee work discipline. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of compensation, non-physical work environment, and training on employee work discipline at PT Swabina Gatra. This quantitative research utilizes primary and secondary data types through interviews, distributing questionnaires, and literature studies. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling involving 60 employees with fixed time work agreement status. Questionnaire data will be processed using partial least square with the SmartPLS 4 program. The test results state that compensation has a contribution to work discipline with justice as the strongest measure. Then, the non-physical work environment also has a contribution to work discipline with good treatment as the strongest measure. And training has a contribution to work discipline with organizational impact as the strongest measure. Keywords: Work Discipline; Compensation; Non Physical Work Environment; Training
