Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and compensationon Turnover Intention of PT Atha Jaya Indonesia employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Determination of samples using probability sampling method with Simple Random technique Sampling used a sample of 57 employees of PT Atha Jaya Indonesia. This research collected data using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Atha Jaya Indonesia. The analytical tool in this research is: Partial Least Square (PLS) model. The results of the research are motivation variables and compensation influences employee Turnover Intention at PT Atha Jaya Indonesia.
