Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the relationship between compensation, work environment, and work motivation on teachers' turnover intention at SMK PGRI 4 Surabaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of 52 teachers, with the entire population being used as the sample (total sampling). The analysis technique employed is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that: 1) Compensation affects teachers' turnover intention, 2) The work environment affects teachers' turnover intention, 3) Work motivation affects teachers' turnover intention. Among these three variables, work motivation has the highest impact on teachers' turnover intention compared to compensation and the work environment.
