Abstract

This study aims to analyze Knowledge Sharing and Work-life Balance on Employee Performance of PT. Smart Tbk refinery Surabaya. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of PT. Smart Tbk refinery Surabaya totaling 150 people. The sampling technique in this study was by using the saturated sample technique. In this study, samples were taken as many as 60 people from employees of the production department of PT. Smart Tbk refinery Surabaya. The data collection method used was through the distribution of questionnaires. In this study, the method used was quantitative with data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS). With the results of the study that the Knowledge Sharing variable has not been able to provide a very significant contribution to the performance of employees of PT. SMART Tbk Refinery. However, the Work-life Balance variable is able to provide a very significant contribution to the performance of employees of PT. SMART Tbk Refinery.
