Abstract
The background of this Field Work Practice (PKL) is to overcome the problem of recapitulating archive reports at the Surabaya City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP), which currently uses a manual system with Microsoft Excel. This manual system is less efficient and prone to errors. The purpose of this activity is to design a daily report website that can import data from Excel files into a structured database to increase the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of archive recapitulation. The website development method includes several stages: needs analysis through interviews and observations, system design that includes database and user interface design, system development using specific applications, testing to ensure functionality, and implementation and user training in the DPMPTSP environment. The result of this PKL is a daily report website that can import data from Excel files into a structured database, facilitate archive recapitulation with features such as an intuitive interface, Excel data import function, and an efficient search and reporting system. This website also has an access control feature to ensure only authorized employees can manage archive data.
