Abstract

This study examines the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on turnover intentions at PT XYZ, a leading company in the Indonesian coffee industry. The method used is a quantitative method with probability sampling technique by sampling a sample of 63 employees of PT XYZ office using simple random sampling. Data collection in this study using measurement methods and measurement questionnaires with analysis using Smart PLS software. The results of this study is that job satisfaction has a direct relationship with the turnover of PT XYZ while job insecurity has a direct relationship with the turnover of PT XYZ.
