Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of flexible work arrangement and compensation variables on employee performance at CV. Huda Jaya Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative research using Smart PLS software analysis tools. The population in this study was 55 employees and the sampling technique in this study used the census/total sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled so that 55 respondents were obtained. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and questionnaire distribution techniques. Data testing techniques include validity and reliability tests, R-Square and bootstrapping hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that flexible work arrangement and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Huda Jaya Sidoarjo employees. Keywords: Flexible Work Arrangement; Compensation; Employee Performance.
