Abstract

As time goes by every company including the company brokers, one of which is PT. Victory International Futures Spazio Surabaya currently faces the challenge of attracting, developing an retain its employees. This research aims to analyze and knowing the influence of person organization fit, person job fit, and work engagement on turnover intention among PT employees. Victory International Futures Spazio Surabaya. This research is quantitative using techniques saturation sampling. Samples used in this research totaling 72 respondents. The research method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) to be able to test variable relationships. Obtained research results showing that person organization fit has positive and significant influence on turnover intention, person job fit has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention and Work Engagement has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention.
