Abstract
Good employee performancee and superior resource role can have a significantt impact on a company'sisuccess. This research was conducted toaanalyze the influence of work stress, work competence, and work motivation on employeei performance. This research involved all employeesi of PT. Central Global Energy as a research object. With the hypothesis that job stress has a negativei influence on employee iperformance, work competency has a positive influence on employee performance, while motivation has a positive influence on employee performance. By usingi saturatedi samplingi as a samplingi technique.. In this iresearch, the population is employees of PT. Sentral Global Energi with a sample size of 80 employees. The researchi methodi usedi to carryi out this researchiis a quantitativeiresearch methodi by idistributing questionnairesi idirectly. Theiassessmentltechnique inithisiresearch usesia 1-5 Likert scale. The dataitechniquei in this research uses the helpiof a softwareiprogram, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The resultsi of this research indicatei that work stress hasi not ibeen iable to icontribute to the performance of PT employees. Sentral Global Energi, work competency can icontribute to the performancei of PT iemployees. Sentral Global Energy and work motivation can contribute to the performance of PT employees.
