Abstract

In a company, one of the determining factors in loyalty is turnover. Employee loyalty can be reflected in the amount of employee turnover. An increase in turnover indicates that employee loyalty tends to decrease. Conversely, if turnover shows a decrease, employee loyalty tends to increase. There are several ways to gain employee loyalty to the company, one of which is by providing compensation according to the workload and needs of employees. In addition to providing compensation, another way is to provide a good and comfortable work environment for employees. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Loyalty (Study on Employees of CV. Duta Jaya Makmur). This study uses path analysis techniques with the help of the SPSSS 27.0 computer program to analyze the data. This study is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach, while the population in this study is employees of CV. Duta Jaya Makmur. A sample of 40 respondents was determined using the total sampling method and taken using the non-purposive sampling method, and the analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study based on the F test state that simultaneously Compensation and Work Environment have a significant influence on Employee Loyalty at CV. Duta Jaya Makmur (F-count > F-table). While the t test gives the result that partially Compensation and Work Environment have a significant influence on Employee Loyalty at CV. Duta Jaya Makmur (X1 t-count value > t-table; and X2 t-count > t-table). The results of the study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Loyalty.
