Abstract
This research aims to understand the impact of product quality and product price on consumer loyalty using consumer satisfaction with consumers of fried Indomie instant noodles at "Warmindo Bachelor UPN". This research uses a quantitative type of research. Use of accidental sampling technique as a tool to determine the sample. This research used a sample of 100 respondents. The population in this research is consumers of Indomie Goreng at Warmindo under UPN, whose number is unknown (unknown population). Distributing Google forms was carried out as a technique for collecting the data needed for this research. The form was then distributed online with the aim that the research could reach consumers of fried Indomie instant noodles at Warmindo Bachelor UPN. The type of data used is primary data. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis tests. The research results show that there is an influence of the respect variable on the consumer satisfaction variable. Apart from that, consumer satisfaction has an influence on consumer loyalty. This research also verified that it was found that price had no significant effect on customer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. Apart from that, product quality also does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.
