Abstract
Attendance is an important thing that must be done by employees of a company. This is no exception to the company CV Adhitama Karya Mandiri which has an office with several employees who do work every day. To do your own presence, there are several ways you can do it, such as signature presence, fingerprints and using the web. However, CV Adhitama Karya Mandiri itself still uses manual attendance, namely by signature. This company also has problems with employee attendance and permits being poorly monitored. This is something vital for companies because monitoring attendance and permits can be used as a benchmark for how qualified workers are in carrying out their roles. Apart from that, companies can also manage their employee data easily if it is integrated with the web. A presence application using the web is one solution that can be used to solve the attendance problem at the company. There are several ways you can develop a web-based attendance application. One way is to create an application using a framework that has been provided to make things easier, for example Laravel. Therefore, at CV Adhitama Karya Mandiri a web-based presence application system will be developed with Global Positioning System (GPS) and selfie features created with the Laravel framework.
