Abstract
The study main issue is the drop in worker productivity at the Biotest Surabaya Clinical Laboratory. This study attempts to ascertain how work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction relate to employee performance at Biotest Surabaya Clinical Laboratory.. The data utilized in this study, which employed a saturated sampling research design, came from 35 workers in the Biotest Surabaya Clinical Laboratory's operational division who responded to the questionnaire as the primary data source of the study. Furthermore, this study's analysis employed PLS techniques and SmartPLS 4.0 software to test quantitative hypotheses. The findings demonstrated that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by job satisfaction and work motivation. Nonetheless, there is very little evidence that work discipline improves employee performance at Biotest Surabaya Clinical Laboratory.
