Abstract
One strategy in dealing with industrial developments that will help companies to remain standing is to improve employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work commitment on the performance of CV employees. Eternal Engineering Center. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This research used a population of 47 CV employees. Sentral Teknik Abadi and the sample for this research consisted of 47 CV employees. Central to the Immortal Technique. Based on the results of data processing using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the results showed that there was a simultaneous influence on the variables of leadership and work commitment on the performance of CV employees. Eternal Engineering Center. Partially, the leadership variable has a significant positive effect on the performance of CV employees. Sentral Teknik Abadi, while work commitment has an insignificant negative effect on the performance of CV employees. Eternal Engineering Center. Thus, the influence of leadership in the company becomes an important factor in an employee's performance. Work commitment will emerge and become a part of oneself regardless of obstacles or obstacles. Keywords: Leadership, Work Commitment, Employee Performance
