Abstract
System Usability Scale (SUS) is a method that can be used to measure the usability of computer systems according to the subjective point of view of the user. This research began with interviews with students of the Food Technology study program at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur. From the results of the basic interview, the website has several shortcomings from the complaints of the source that the website is not up to date, page loading is relatively slow and features are not complete, thus causing a lack of user satisfaction related to the information on the website. Therefore, this study conducted a measurement and evaluation of the Teknologi Pangan website using the System Usability Scale model. Usability analysis on the website of the Food Technology study program shows that the results of the SUS score of 60, are included in the Marginal Low category in the Acceptability assessment, Grade Scale is in category F where F is the lowest category, and Adjective Rating is still in the GOOD category. The validity test shows that the R-count is greater than the R-table, so the 10 question items are valid. And reability tests showed that Cronbach's Alpha value for 10 questionnaire items was 0.722, greater than 0.7 so this questionnaire was considered to be already reliable. The results of this study showed a measurement of usability on the website of the Food Technology study program at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur by 60 after being categorized in Acceptability Ranges, Grade Scale, and Adjective Rating which showed that the website was not usable and was not accepted by users.
