Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how coffee consumers in East Java Regency and to analyze cultural factors, personal factors and psychological factors in influencing coffee behavior in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used online with a total of 75 respondents, using SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this study are as follows, the reference of coffee respondents is male, with the age 17-27 years old, student work status and experience consuming 0 -2 years and 4-6 years. Cultural factors, personal factors and psychological factors have a positive and significant effect on coffee consumer behavior in Sidoarjo Regency.
