Abstract
Researchers use Kinchlong.sub Laundry Shoes which move on shoe washing services as the object of research. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze marketing strategies in increasing sales on the Kinclong.sub Shoe Laundry service located on Jalan Gunungsari II Struggle, Surabaya, East Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which is a part of qualitative analysis using data collection techniques interviews with owners, employees and consumers who have using the services of Kinclong.sub Shoe Laundry and field research with make direct observations. The analysis technique used is SWOT analysis using a marketing strategy based on the 7Ps as basic material for questions to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat. From this research, the results of the Internal Factor Analysis Summary are obtained shows that the power of 1.88 is smaller than its weakness is 1.34. Meanwhile, from the results of External Factor Analysis The summary shows that the opportunity is 1.25 greater than the threat there is 1.90. The results of the study can be said that Laundry Shoes Kinclong.sub is in quadrant II, which is the place of business has a big threat but there is strength in terms of internal place business, so that the right strategy to be applied by the place of business is use strengths to address threats and take advantage of opportunities long term in a long term strategic way (product or market).
