Abstract
Kober Mie Setan is a restaurant with a new recipe innovation that serves noodles with various levels of spiciness and has almost the same topping with cwie mie. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used to increase the volume of sales at Kober Mie Setan Pasuruan. This research method uses descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, documentation relating to marketing strategies and based on marketing mix indicators 7P (Product, Place, Promotion, Price, Physical Evidence, People, Process). From this study, the results of IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) showed that the strength of Kober Mie Setan was 2.45 compared to its weakness of 1.35. While the results of EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) show that the odds are 2.45 greater than the threats of 1.2. The choice of strategy is to use an SO strategy, so that in the SWOT diagram the S and O strategies are located in Quadrant I, even though they already have various strengths, and Kober Mie Setan still has the opportunity to continue to develop products by maintaining characteristics, adding product innovation and utilizing social media opportunities in marketing and promoting their products to increase sales volume.
