Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) simultaneously habits, satisfaction, liking and commitment have a significant effect on quality consumers in buying Promise Jiwa Coffee online during the pandemic covid-19 ; (2) partially habit, satisfaction, liking and commitment significant effect on consumer loyalty in buying Kopi Promise Soul online during the covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses the type of explanatory research or explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population used in This research is all consumers who buy or consume coffee Promise Jiwa online in the city of Surabaya, with a sample of 100 respondents based on the unknown population formula. Withdrawal technique The sample in this study uses the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the type of purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques in this study are using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) simultaneously independent variables (habits, satisfaction, liking and commitment) has a significant influence on dependent variable (customer loyalty); (2) partially independent variable (habits, satisfaction, and commitment) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (consumer loyalty); (3) while the variable partial preference does not have a significant effect on the variable dependent (customer loyalty).
