Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen terhadap buah jeruk keprok yang menjadi dasar pemilihan buah jeruk keprok oleh konsumen dan buah jeruk keprok yang diharapkan oleh konsumen di Pasar Soponyono Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif, Multi Atribut Fishbein. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Karakteristik konsumen buah jeruk keprok; (2) Proses pengambilan keputusan pembeliah buah jeruk keprok; (3) Perilaku Pembeliah buah jeruk keprok; (4) Sikap konsumen terhadap atribu – atribut buah jeruk keprok. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Konsumen, Jeruk Keprok, Multi Atribut Fishbein
