Abstract
Good employee performance can be improved if the company with job satisfaction and work motivation experienced by each employee. Job satisfaction is given and the level of motivation that is controlled is able to make employees do work better and make them increase the intensity of work that employees have. The research objective was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. This research is intended to examine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance both simultaneously and partially at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Sidoarjo Main Branch Office. Data were analyzed using the Quantitative Method with a total sample of 50 respondents. Those who used five formulas were Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, T-test, F Test and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results showed that the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance was 50.6% while 49.4% was influenced by other variables. Simultaneously and partially shows that there is an influence between job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance.
