Abstract
PT Branta Indo Niaga is located on Jl. Raya Pamekasan Sampang KM.10. This company is indicated to have problems with the performance of its employees, because this is motivated by the decline in company production and sales. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Branta Indo Niaga. The population used in this study were all employees who worked at PT Branta Indo Niaga, namely 39 employees. The sample of this study used saturated or census sampling techniques, namely 39 respondents / employees. While the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
