Abstract
The City of Madiun stated that in 2019 the City of Madiun was included in the development of 100 cities based on Smart City, the City of Madiun is trying develop the economic sector as stated in the book “Smart City Kota Madiun” as a guideline for the Medium Term Development Plan The Madiun City Region (RPJMD) is also prepared to become a destination that is not less vibrant with other tourism cities in Indonesia and also in International scene. This is the basis for creating a new tagline for the city madiun, namely the Charismatic City of Madiun or The Charismatic City of Madiun. In In recent years, tourists visiting the city of Madiun have experienced increase in 2013 to 2016. So that the City of Madiun needs seize this opportunity by creating a capable Gift Center meet the needs of tourists who come and can become icons in the city Madison. Planning for the City of Madiun Souvenir Center with an Architectural Approach Iconic is expected to become a new landmark or icon of the City Madison. By raising the locality of the City of Madiun and conforming to development of the tourism sector that has been proclaimed by the City government Madiun as a recreation area with international and national standards. Center This souvenir is designed not only as a shopping place but also as a place for shopping can be a place of recreation.
