Abstract

Employee performance is an asset in an organization in developing its business, but there are factors that can reduce the level of performance such as leadership and work discipline. Existence of this research namely to find out how leadership and work discipline influence employee performance at the Kebonrojo Main Branch Post Office, Surabaya. The population in this study were all employees of the service, process and distribution department at the Post Office of the Main Branch of Kebonrojo Surabaya, totaling 60 people. For taking the sample using saturated sampling, namely the entire population is determined as a respondent with a total of 60 employees. The research method used is by interviewing and distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents. Determination of data analysis namely Partial Least Square (PLS) with an ordinal measurement scale via a Likert scale. The result of this study is that leadership and work discipline have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at the Kebonrojo Main Branch Post Office Surabaya.
