Abstract

The achievement of a company's goals depends on the quality of human resources owned and supported by several other production factors. This cannot be separated from the role of leaders with participatory and transparent leadership in working with employees and good management within the company so that they can realize the goals of the organization or company. Every company always expects its employees to have achievements, because having employees who excel will make an optimal contribution to the company. One of the factors that influence the level of success of an organization is employee performance. Employee performance is one of the important factors for the company's success in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Gran Handa Indonesia, 2) the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesian Grand Handa. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study used employees of the production division of PT. Gran Handa Indonesia as many as 70 people. The samples taken were all permanent employees of the production division of PT. Gran Handa Indonesia as many as 41 respondents. The sampling technique was taken using Simple Random Sampling. The analytical technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of research that has been done shows that: (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Gran Handa Indonesia., (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Indonesian Grand Handa.
