Abstract
This study aims to describe the performance of LPPL Radio Suara Pasuruan in promoting the programs of the Pasuruan Regency Government. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method using James L. Gibson's organizational performance theory, which includes effectiveness, efficiency, adaptability, satisfaction, and organizational development. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results showed that the performance of LPPL Radio Suara Pasuruan has generally been effective in promoting government programs through broadcast programs, news, talk shows, as well as the use of social media and streaming services. However, limitations in human resources and budget remain obstacles to the implementation and development of programs. In addition, the development of local content and structured evaluation of public satisfaction still need to be improved. Therefore, optimizing resources and developing innovations are necessary to continuously improve the performance of Radio Suara Pasuruan.
